Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

Mr Gavin Semmens has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO).  Gavin will take direct responsibility for the day to day operations and profitability of the COSOL regions, with East and West Regional Managers reporting to Gavin.

As the former National Field Services Operations Manager for SAP Australia, Gavin was responsible for the operational and commercial management of SAP’s Australian consulting and education businesses. Having joined SAP in 1996, he developed a strong career taking on the challenging roles of Consulting Operations Management, Business Development and Commercial Management within SAP. Gavin brings fully rounded consulting management experience to COSOL.

Gavin will be based out of our Melbourne COSOL office, with regular presence in the COSOL offices of Perth and Brisbane.
